Construction and options
Construction, material, closure and window are set per SKU during specification review.

What is the MOQ for custom gusset bags?
The MOQ for custom gusset bags is 10,000 – 50,000 pcs per design, per SKU. The floor is counted per artwork, because every design needs its own printing plate and setup. On multi-SKU programmes, volume is counted per design.
What are the advantages of gusset bags over regular bags?
Gusset bags have side or bottom folds that expand as the bag is filled, so capacity is larger at the same bag width and the bag can stand on a display shelf. That shape is why they are used for bakery, coffee, and snack products.
What closure types are available?
Tin-tie, ziplock, and heat seal are available. The closure is decided during specification review, together with material, size, and the number of SKUs.
Can a transparent window be added?
Yes. A PET window is applied to the bag panel so the contents are visible. Window position and size follow the print-ready artwork you supply.
Is foil-lined option available?
Yes. An aluminium foil layer on the inside acts as a barrier against oxygen, moisture, and light. It is one of the catalogue materials for gusset bags, alongside kraft, OPP/CPP laminated, and window kraft.
