An aluminium laminated cup is a paper cup with an aluminium foil layer: a barrier against oxygen, moisture and light, longer temperature retention, and a metallic interior. The cups are heat-sealable with lidding film for tamper-evident packaging. We supply them in 12oz to 22oz to FMCG groups and national manufacturers, restaurant and QSR groups, coffee and tea chains, and dairy and dessert brands.

- A barrier against oxygen, moisture and light, closed by heat seal with lidding film for tamper-evident packaging.

- The foil lamination holds temperature longer for specialty coffee and hot drinks; heat-sealable for ready-to-drink beverages.

Lamination adds a process stage. Aluminium cups run 21–30 working days after artwork approval, while ordinary paper cups run 14–21 working days.

What are the advantages of aluminium laminated cups over regular paper cups?
The aluminium foil layer adds a barrier against oxygen, moisture and light on top of ordinary PE-coated paper, and holds temperature longer. The metallic interior reads differently from a standard paper cup. The cups are heat-sealable, so they can be closed with lidding film for tamper-evident packaging.
What is the MOQ for aluminium cups?

Yes. The cups are heat-sealable and compatible with industry-standard cup sealing machines, closed with aluminium lidding film for tamper-evident packaging. SEAL supplies the cups and the sealing film; the sealing machine is not part of what we supply.
How long does production take?
Aluminium laminated cups run 21–30 working days after artwork approval. The lamination stage adds time against ordinary paper cups, which run 14–21 working days. Samples take 7–14 working days. Artwork is prepared and supplied print-ready by the brand owner; we apply Pantone colour matching to your file.
