Quality Control & Assurance

Six inspection stages run on every order, from raw material intake to batch documentation. Leak testing, colorimeter-based colour verification and migration testing run in our QC laboratory in Tangerang, under FSSC 22000 scope.

Laboratory within our group

Dermapack laboratory support for SEAL packaging evaluation.

SEAL and Dermapack are part of the same group. Group laboratory and quality capabilities support rPET cup and bowl development, from dimensions and lid fit to packaging performance. Your QA team can agree a test plan with us before production approval.

ASTM methods are selected for the material, geometry and test purpose. Reports identify the sample, method, conditions and results; test scope and food-contact documents are confirmed per SKU. Mechanical evaluation does not replace recycled-content documentation or relevant migration testing.

Prepare your brand QA review

Send a drawing or reference sample, contents, use temperature, lid type, distribution conditions and acceptance criteria. These inputs shape testing around your operation.

Evaluate a second source or rPET transition

Compare specifications and samples with your current packaging. Agree material, lid, appearance and performance approvals before setting rollout stages and the supply schedule.

Six quality control stages

Stages 01 to 06 run on every batch, and each result is recorded in that batch documentation.

01

Incoming Material Inspection

Every batch of raw materials is inspected and tested before entering production. We verify paper weight, coating uniformity, material composition, and food-safety compliance certificates from each supplier.

02

In-Line Production Checks

QC operators check the run at several points during production. They monitor print registration, colour density, forming accuracy and structural integrity, and hold the run when a reading falls outside the approved range.

03

Leak Testing & Structural Validation

Cups and bowls go through water-fill leak tests and compression tests. We test seam strength, lid fit and structural stability under load, and record the result against the batch.

04

Print Quality Verification

Color accuracy is measured with a spectrophotometer/colorimeter against the approved proof. We check for color consistency, registration alignment, ink adhesion, and surface finish quality throughout each production run.

05

Food Safety Compliance Testing

Food-contact evaluation follows the quoted material and intended use. The QA team reviews available material declarations and relevant migration results; any additional test scope and laboratory arrangements are agreed before product approval.

06

Batch Traceability & Documentation

Every production batch is documented from raw material lot through to delivery, so a claim can be traced back to the material lot, the production run and the QC operator. The batch traceability report is available to your QA team.
