Common Questions About Custom Thermal Bags
What is the MOQ for custom thermal bags?
MOQ is 10,000 – 50,000 pcs per design, per SKU. The floor is counted per artwork, because every design needs its own printing plate and setup. On multi-SKU programmes, volume is counted per design.
How long can thermal bags maintain food temperature?
Temperature retention is governed by the construction chosen (spunbond + aluminium foil, spunbond + PE foam, or non-woven thermal), bag size, load, and the ambient temperature of the delivery route. Measure it on samples with your own load and routes before deciding; sample lead time is 7-14 working days.
Can you print logos on thermal bags?
Yes. Printing runs from the print-ready artwork file supplied by the brand owner, and we apply Pantone colour matching to that file. The printing method is set after review of the material and size specification.
What materials are used?
Three constructions: spunbond + aluminium foil, spunbond + PE foam, and non-woven thermal. The choice follows bag size, load, and how your delivery fleet handles them.
What sizes are available?
Four standard sizes: Small 20x20x20 cm, Medium 25x25x30 cm, Large 30x30x35 cm, and XL 35x35x40 cm. Sizes outside this list are reviewed against the specification.
