Why does SEAL not display client names or logos?
Client confidentiality is part of our agreements. This page carries the number of accounts per segment, our certification scope, and the documents your QA team can verify. Specific references are discussed directly during vendor qualification.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) at SEAL Indonesia?
Our MOQ is 10,000 – 50,000 pcs per design, per SKU. IML cups and specialty items start at 20,000 pcs. The floor comes from printing-plate and forming-setup amortisation, so it applies the same way across Indonesia. On multi-SKU programmes, volume is counted per artwork.
What is the production lead time?
Production runs 14–21 working days after artwork approval. Aluminium cups take 21–30 working days and IML cups 30–45. Samples take 7–14 working days. Selected popular sizes are held as ready stock and ship in 3–5 days.
Which documents can you provide for our vendor audit?
FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and Halal certificates issued to PT. SEAL Packaging Indonesia; material safety data sheets (MSDS); food-contact certificates and migration test results; per-product technical specifications; and company legal documents. Copies are sent on request for vendor qualification.
