Our MOQ is 10,000 – 50,000 pcs per design, per SKU, for paper cups, paper bowls, aluminium cups, PET and PP cups, and thermal and spunbond bags. IML cups and specialty items start at 20,000 pcs. The floor comes from printing-plate and forming-setup amortisation, so it is the same everywhere in Indonesia.

Standard lead time is 14-21 working days for most products after artwork approval. IML cups and specialty items may take 30-45 days. We also maintain ready stock on popular sizes that can ship within 3-5 days for urgent orders.

Yes. Offset and flexo up to 8 colours on paper substrates, screen printing up to 4 colours on PET, PP and spunbond, and IML for full-wrap photographic results. We support CMYK and Pantone spot colours, with matte, glossy and emboss finishes. Artwork is prepared and supplied by the brand owner; we colour-match against your file.

All our materials are food-grade. We use PE and PLA coatings, BPA-free plastics, and halal-certified materials. Material safety data sheets (MSDS), food-contact certificates and migration test results are available on request for your QA team.

Yes, we deliver to all major cities and islands across Indonesia. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on volume and destination. For Java-based clients, we also offer direct truck delivery.

Yes. Unprinted samples can be sent so you can evaluate material, size and construction. Printed samples using your own design are also available; the production-sample cost is credited against your first order. Sample lead time is 7-14 working days.

Every production batch passes multi-stage quality inspection by our QC lab. If there are production defects that don't match the approved sample, we will replace the order at no additional cost. We also provide complete quality documentation and batch traceability for every order.

Yes. We use Pantone color matching to ensure your brand colors are identical across all product types — from paper cups, PET cups, paper bowls, to thermal bags. Artwork is prepared and supplied by the brand owner, print-ready.

Yes. We provide FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, and Halal certificates, as well as material safety data sheets (MSDS), food contact compliance certificates, migration test results, and batch traceability reports. All of this documentation is regularly requested by BPOM auditors, supermarket buyers, and our multinational clients.
