What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 10,000 pcs for all products including paper cups, bowls, aluminium cups, PET cups, thermal bags, and tumblers. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
How long is your production lead time?
Standard lead time is 14-21 working days for most products after artwork approval. IML cups and specialty items may take 30-45 days. We also maintain ready stock on popular sizes that can ship within 3-5 days for urgent orders.
Can you do full-color custom printing on all products?
Yes, we offer full-color offset and flexographic printing on virtually all our products. We support CMYK, Pantone spot colors, and even specialty finishes like matte lamination, glossy varnish, and embossing. Our design team can assist with artwork preparation at no extra charge.
Are your materials food-grade certified?
Absolutely. All our materials are food-grade certified and comply with BPOM regulations. We use food-safe PE and PLA coatings, BPA-free plastics, and halal-certified materials. We can provide material safety data sheets (MSDS) and certifications upon request.
Do you deliver nationwide across Indonesia?
Yes, we deliver to all major cities and islands across Indonesia. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on volume and destination. For Java-based clients, we also offer direct truck delivery.
Can I get product samples before placing a bulk order?
Of course. We provide plain (unprinted) samples free of charge so you can evaluate material quality, sizing, and construction. Printed samples with your custom design are also available — production sample fees are credited back to your first bulk order.
What if I need a rush order urgently?
We understand urgent needs. For popular sizes, we maintain ready stock that can ship within 3-5 business days. For custom orders, we can prioritize production with a reasonable surcharge. Contact our sales team to discuss your timeline requirements.
Do you offer volume discounts for annual contracts?
Yes. We offer special pricing for clients with annual contracts or recurring high-volume orders. The larger and more consistent your order volume, the more competitive pricing we can provide. Our sales team is ready to prepare a custom pricing proposal for your needs.
Can you handle growth from 10,000 to 500,000 units/month?
Absolutely. With 5 million units/month capacity and 5 production lines, we are built to grow with our clients. Many of our clients started at 10,000 pcs and now order hundreds of thousands of units every month. We adjust production schedules to ensure your growth is never limited by supply.
What quality guarantee do you offer if products don't match samples?
Every production batch passes multi-stage quality inspection by our QC lab. If there are production defects that don't match the approved sample, we will reproduce the order at no additional cost. We also provide complete quality documentation and batch traceability for every order.
Can you print across multiple products with consistent branding?
Yes. We use Pantone color matching to ensure your brand colors are identical across all product types — from paper cups, PET cups, paper bowls, to thermal bags. Our design team helps adapt artwork so the look is consistent across different materials and packaging shapes.
Can you provide food safety documentation for auditors?
Yes. We provide FSSC 22000, ISO, and Halal certificates, as well as material safety data sheets (MSDS), food contact compliance certificates, migration test results, and batch traceability reports. All of this documentation is regularly requested by BPOM auditors, supermarket buyers, and our multinational clients.
