Food-contact suitability is assessed against the material source, recycling process, product construction, food type and conditions of use. Request documents applicable to the offered SKU; a company certificate alone does not establish suitability for every cup and bowl.

Yes, size, lid and decoration requirements can be included in an rPET programme. Send a drawing or reference sample, monthly volume and artwork. Mold options, final dimensions, decoration method and lid fit are reviewed before the final quotation.

rPET MOQ, sample schedule and lead time are set per specification, material requirement, mold and order volume. SEAL prepares a quotation after receiving the size, application, volume per SKU, target recycled content and required schedule.

Send the current sample or drawing, lid specification, application and forecast per SKU. A programme can begin with one SKU for material assessment, operational fit testing, sample approval and phased ordering or a second-source arrangement.

rPET describes recycled material input. It does not mean biodegradable or automatically recycled after use. Collection, sorting, packaging condition and acceptance by local facilities determine the actual recovery route.

Our MOQ is 10,000 – 50,000 pcs per design, per SKU, for paper cups, paper bowls, aluminium cups, PET and PP cups, and thermal and spunbond bags. IML cups and specialty items start at 20,000 pcs. The floor comes from printing-plate and forming-setup amortisation, so it is the same everywhere in Indonesia. For rPET, MOQ and schedule are confirmed per SKU after material, mold, sample and print review.

Standard lead time is 14-21 working days for most products after artwork approval. IML cups and specialty items may take 30-45 days. Yes. Offset and flexo up to 8 colours on paper substrates, screen printing up to 4 colours on PET, PP and spunbond, and IML for full-wrap photographic results. We support CMYK and Pantone spot colours, with matte, glossy and emboss finishes. Artwork is prepared and supplied by the brand owner; we colour-match against your file.

All our materials are food-grade. We use PE and PLA coatings, BPA-free plastics, and halal-certified materials. Material safety data sheets (MSDS), food-contact certificates and migration test results are available on request for your QA team.

Yes, we deliver to all major cities and islands across Indonesia. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on volume and destination. For Java-based clients, we also offer direct truck delivery.

Yes. Unprinted samples can be sent so you can evaluate material, size and construction. Printed samples using your own design are also available; the production-sample cost is credited against your first order. Sample lead time is 7-14 working days. For rPET, sample timing and terms are confirmed per SKU in the quotation.

Every production batch passes multi-stage quality inspection by our QC lab. If there are production defects that don't match the approved sample, we will replace the order at no additional cost. We also provide complete quality documentation and batch traceability for every order.

Yes. We use Pantone color matching to ensure your brand colors are identical across all product types — from paper cups, PET cups, paper bowls, to thermal bags. Artwork is prepared and supplied by the brand owner, print-ready.

Relevant material, food-contact, certification and traceability documents can be requested for vendor evaluation. Document availability and scope are confirmed for the selected SKU and production arrangement; group documentation does not automatically apply to every product.
