Four standard sizes, three insulation constructions, printed from the print-ready artwork you supply. MOQ 10,000 – 50,000 pcs per design, per SKU.

Every design needs its own printing plate and forming setup, so MOQ is counted per artwork design.

Artwork is prepared and supplied by the brand owner, print-ready. We apply Pantone colour matching to that file.

Common questions about thermal bags
How long do SEAL thermal bags maintain food temperature?
Hold time is governed by the bag construction, the temperature of the food when it goes in, how full the bag is, how often it is opened en route, and the ambient temperature of the route. The available constructions are spunbond with aluminium foil lining, spunbond with PE foam, and non-woven thermal. For temperature-sensitive programmes, test samples on your own delivery routes; samples take 7-14 working days.
What thermal bag sizes are available?
Four standard sizes: Small 20x20x20 cm, Medium 25x25x30 cm, Large 30x30x35 cm, and XL 35x35x40 cm. Sizes outside that list are made to your specification after technical review. Every size carries the same MOQ: 10,000 – 50,000 pcs per design, per SKU.
Can thermal bags be custom printed with logos?
Yes. Printing is applied to the spunbond surface, from the print-ready artwork you supply. We apply Pantone colour matching to that file, so brand colour stays consistent between batches. Production is 14-21 working days after artwork approval.
What is the MOQ for custom thermal bags?
MOQ is 10,000 – 50,000 pcs per design, per SKU. The floor is counted per artwork, because every design needs its own print setup. On multi-SKU programmes, volume is counted per design.
Can SEAL thermal bags be washed and reused?
The construction is built for repeated use. Cleaning is done by wiping with a damp cloth, on the spunbond surface and the interior alike; the bags are not for machine washing. Service life depends on fleet handling, the load carried, and how often the bags are cleaned.
