Capacity of 5 million units per month is scheduled per contract and drawn down by PO. For multi-outlet chains, the draw-down schedule is agreed before production starts.

What is the MOQ for custom paper bowls?
The MOQ for custom paper bowls is 10,000 – 50,000 pcs per design, per SKU. The floor applies per artwork: every design needs its own printing plate and forming setup. A few items carry a higher floor; those figures are in the MOQ column of the catalogue table on this page.
Are the paper bowls grease and leak resistant?
Our paper bowls are available with PE or PLA coating that is grease-resistant and leak-proof, plus a kraft variant. All materials are food-grade and are used for rice, soups, salads and desserts. Food-contact certificates and migration test results are available to your QA team.
What paper bowl sizes are available?
The paper bowl catalogue covers 8oz (240ml), 12oz (360ml), 16oz (480ml), 24oz (720ml) and 32oz (960ml). Sizes outside that range are assessed per project by the technical team before anything is committed.
Are lids available?
State the bowl size and the lid type you need in your specification. The technical team assesses feasibility first, then a quotation is issued after specification review.
How long does production take?
Custom production is 14-21 working days after artwork approval. Samples are 7-14 working days. Selected popular sizes are held as ready stock and ship in 3-5 days.
