§01 · Technical review

Product application data

Our technical team reviews the packaging application before confirming material, size and available documents for the item.

Product contents
Food or beverage type, filling temperature and storage conditions
Use case
Direct contact, takeaway, delivery, chilled, frozen or shelf display
Components
Cup, lid, lidding, sleeve or other matching components
Reference specification
Drawing, existing sample, internal standard or testing target

§02 · Quality control

Process checkpoints

Inspection scope is adjusted to the packaging type. Available results and documents are confirmed during review.

Incoming material
Material inspection and supplier supporting documents
In production
Print registration, colour, forming and structural integrity
Testing
Leak, lid-fit, compression and other relevant testing
Batch release
QC results recorded against the relevant production batch

§03 · Documents & approval

Files available for QA review

Company certificates do not automatically cover every product and application combination. Document scope is confirmed against the item under review.

FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and Halal
Material
Technical specifications, MSDS and available food-contact documents
Approval sample
Samples are prepared after technical specification agreement
Batch
Traceability report for the relevant production run
