PET Cups
Crystal-clear and rigid, for cold drinks. Available in food-grade PET and recycled R-PET.
Juices, smoothies, iced coffee, iced tea and cold boba drinks.
PP Cups
Heat-resistant to 120°C and microwave-safe. Available in clear and matte finish, compatible with sealing film.
Hot bubble tea, yogurt drinks, soups and broths, and food that is reheated.
IML Cups
The label is fused into the cup wall during moulding: full-wrap photographic decoration, scratch-resistant and waterproof. PP and PET bases.

Common questions about custom plastic cups
What is the difference between PET cups, PP cups, and IML cups?
PET is crystal-clear and rigid, used for cold drinks such as juices, smoothies and iced tea. PP is heat-resistant to 120°C and microwave-safe, used for hot bubble tea, yogurt drinks and soup. IML (In-Mold Labeling) fuses the label into the cup wall during moulding, giving full-wrap photographic decoration that is scratch-resistant and waterproof. PET and PP cups run 12oz–22oz; IML cups run 4oz–16oz.
What is the MOQ for custom plastic cups?
MOQ is 10,000 – 50,000 pcs per design, per SKU for PET and PP cups. IML cups and specialty items are 20,000 – 50,000 pcs. The floor applies per artwork: every design needs its own print and forming setup. Ready stock is available on selected popular sizes with 3–5 day delivery.
What printing options are available for plastic cups?
Screen printing up to 4 colours on PET and PP cups, a sticker labelling area on PET cups, custom-printed sealing film for PP cups, and IML (In-Mold Labeling) full-wrap photographic decoration fused into the cup wall. Every option runs on your print-ready artwork: we apply Pantone colour matching to that file, and we do not offer artwork creation or preparation.
Are SEAL plastic cups food grade?
Yes. The materials we use are food-grade and BPA-free: PET, R-PET, PP, and PP and PET for IML. The certificates we hold are FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and Halal. Copies of the certificates, MSDS, food-contact certificates and migration test results are available to your QA team and auditors.
How long does custom plastic cup production take?
For PET and PP cups, 14–21 working days after artwork approval. For IML cups, 30–45 working days. Samples take 7–14 working days. Ready stock on selected popular sizes ships within 3–5 days.
