Capacity of 5 million units per month is allocated per programme and scheduled per contract. The allocation is set during specification review, together with monthly volume, number of outlets, and delivery cities.

Every design needs its own printing plate and forming setup, so MOQ is counted per artwork design.

Artwork is prepared and supplied by the brand owner, print-ready. We apply Pantone colour matching to that file.

Common Questions About Custom Paper Bags
What is the MOQ for custom paper bags?
The MOQ for custom paper bags is 10,000 – 50,000 pcs per design, per SKU. The floor is counted per artwork because every design needs its own printing plate. On multi-SKU programmes, volume is counted per design.
What handle options are available?
Three handle types: twisted rope, flat, and die-cut. State the handle type together with the size in your specification, as it determines how the bag is constructed.
Can you print full color on paper bags?
Yes. Offset and flexo printing up to 8 colours, including full colour, from print-ready artwork supplied by the brand owner. We apply Pantone colour matching to your file; creating or preparing artwork is outside our scope of service.
What paper bag materials are available?
Brown kraft, white kraft, and art paper laminated. Standard sizes run on 150 gsm kraft and 170 gsm white kraft; anything outside that is made to specification.
What is the production lead time?
Production is 14–21 working days after artwork approval. Samples are 7–14 working days. The schedule counts from the artwork approval date.
